Star Trek Fleet Command is refining how its live events reward players. Scopely has reworked the scoring for the "Voyage Across the Void" event, with the changes taking effect August 10, 2026. The goal, per the studio, is to steer play toward key activities and reinforce the core scoring mechanic for a more focused experience.
It is one of several moving pieces in a busy stretch for the long-running mobile MMO strategy game, which continues to run a packed calendar of interim events alongside larger systemic updates.
What's changing in events
The Voyage Across the Void adjustment is about intent. By concentrating points around a smaller set of meaningful actions, Scopely is trying to cut down on scattered, low-value grinding and make the event's rewards feel earned rather than incidental.
Running in parallel, Infinite Incursions returned on August 1 with updated pairings and a set of servers on bye. The bigger mechanical shift arrived with Update 93 and a new Raided state:
- After a qualifying raid, defenders enter a 20-minute Raided state
- During that window, disruptive pop-ups are suppressed
- The change is aimed at reducing interruption spam in the aftermath of an attack
Scopely has also been rolling out targeted event series through 2026, including tier-specific ship events and Hostile Hunt SMS events for Commanders Ops 20 to 59, designed to help mid-game players push key ships to higher tiers.
