Essential storage

The site may use storage that is necessary to deliver security, remember a consent choice, or keep a requested feature working. Analytics and advertising preferences are stored separately under gamertested-consent-v1 and gamertested-ads-consent-v1 in the visitor’s browser.

Optional analytics

Analytics remains denied by default. After a visitor accepts, Gamer Tested loads Google Tag Manager and can record page and interaction events through configured tags. The first-party ledger can also record a random session identifier, selected player-fit signals, experiment cohort, campaign parameters, viewed or clicked offer, device class, and country supplied by the delivery network. Google may process browser, device, network, page, and event data as an analytics service provider. Gamer Tested does not write the visitor’s IP address, a device fingerprint, or the raw user-agent string to its own databases.

Optional advertising

Decline keeps analytics and advertising denied. Accept permits both analytics and advertising and allows configured Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and MGID browser tags to measure page visits and campaign interactions through Google Tag Manager. MGID measures visits and outbound offer clicks; an outbound click is not proof of a purchase or installation. A previously saved analytics-only preference remains in effect until you change your choice.

Affiliate links

An affiliate destination may set its own cookies after a visitor follows a clearly labeled link. Those cookies are controlled by the destination partner and its privacy policy. Gamer Tested does not place a partner cookie before the visitor opens that destination.

Change your choice

You can reopen the consent panel at any time. Choosing a more private setting reloads the page so previously loaded analytics or advertising scripts stop running. Session identifiers and experiment assignments expire with the browser session.
